What they say:
"By this time, you've probably heard the buzz about 29ers: how much traction they have for climbs, how stable they corner, and how smoothly they roll over the roots and rocks you encounter on the trail. With all the great things people have been saying about 29ers, why haven't you added one to your bike stable? We'd be willing to bet it has something to do with the cost of admission involved with entering into the big wheel revolution. Your friends might tell you that 29ers are the best thing since sliced bread, but you gotta eat and pay the rent somehow.
For those of you who might be unfamiliar with the benefits of 29" wheels, here's a little primer for you. With 29" wheels being 3" larger in diameter than standard 26" wheels, there is a much longer tire contact patch with the ground. The more contact the tire has with the ground, the more traction you get. Sketchy, steep climbs you've never been able to ride up in the past suddenly become easy. Sand and mud become child's play. A longer contact patch also yields much better, more stable cornering. Larger wheels roll right over obstacles on the trail much smoother, plus they hold their forward momentum better. In a nutshell, 29ers are very efficient and fun to ride.
So if you can find a bike that's more fun, handles better, and makes you feel like a better rider, why wouldn't you own it? Oh yeah, the money part. It doesn't exactly grow on trees. While all of your riding buddies are snapping up 29ers as if they were the last bicycles on earth, you patiently sit on the sidelines, waiting for a G or two to drop from the sky or for someone starts making 29ers at a better price point.
Well my friend, good things come to those who wait. Our all-new Ally 29" wheel series is priced to make fun affordable without forcing you to choose between buying a bike and being flat broke. It's time to get off the sidelines and join the big wheel revolution."
