Move over rover. There's a new bike brand in town. BTI took delivery this week of its first shipment of complete bikes from UK brand Charge. A relative newcomer to the biking scene, Charge is a cheeky but substantive upstart that has specialized in simple yet functional bikes and accessories since 2006........
